The AGM shall be immediately followed by a Peace Dialogue:

There are 32 countries currently in conflict in the world and the types of conflict vary widely, from terrorist insurgency to civil wars and ethnic violence. Whilst the severity and duration of these conflicts differ, they all have significant impacts on the affected populations. Every casualty is one too many and, whilst we all care about these humanitarian crises, we must be careful not to import such conflict here.

Following our AGM on 7th December, we invite you to participate in a Peace Dialogue to explore:

  • How can we respond peacefully to overseas conflict?
  • How should we reach out to those of different backgrounds to comfort them?
  • What can we do to keep peace in our communities?
